What are you committed to?
You won’t find the answer in a journal, a contract, a vow, or a verbal agreement. As Dr. Benjamin Hardy has written,
“You can know what you’re committed to by your results, not by what you say your commitments are.”
Here’s a sobering question:
If someone were to observe my life, how I conduct myself personally and professionally, how I treat my body, how I spend my time, what would they say I’m committed to?
(It’s OK if you don’t like the answer. Commitments are changeable.)
