Done is not delicious.
The ideal internal temperature of a safely cooked chicken is 165°F. For beef, itās between 125°F (rare) and 165°F (well done). But making something edible is not the same as thoughtfully crafting a delicious food experience.
The food people tell others about, that they crave out of the blue, that makes them want to book a flight and travel back to love at first bite, is soulful. Itās just as much art as scienceāif not more. Great dishes are the product of shared wisdom, experimentation, creativity, careful attention, patience, and, most importantly, love.

So, take a look at your life. Consider your work. Think of how you show up for others and the tasks you spend the most time with. Do you just make sure everything meets standard, or do you experiment with different seasonings, marinades, and methods of creation?
